Responsibilities

Assist in the design and testing of new production equipment and systems
Maintain manufacturing equipment and tools, including the initial setup and validation of equipment
Support preventive maintenance on equipment as needed
Support production by providing technical insights and resolutions for machine failures
Implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Document technical procedures and compliance with safety regulations
Collaborate with other departments to integrate new technology, equipment, and manufacturing methods
Support facilities-related tasks as needed
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Other duties may be assigned as necessary

Qualification

CAD softwareManufacturing experienceCertified Manufacturing TechnicianLean Six Sigma Green BeltCommunication skillsProblem-solving abilityTeam collaboration

Required

AA degree in manufacturing technology, mechanical engineering or related field
2-5 years experience in manufacturing environment
Ability to identify issues, analyze them thoroughly, evaluate potential solutions, and make effective decisions to resolve challenges
Proficiency in CAD software
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Must possess strong communication skills to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers, and colleagues in both verbal and written form

Preferred

Certified Manufacturing Technician (CMT) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
