Responsibilities

While you will work with general supervision on complex projects and have the opportunity to partner with senior engineers, it will also be important to act with independent judgment when necessary. Potential projects involve, but are not limited to, the following technologies:
Client/server architecture component development using C++
Web services (REST, GraphQL) development using C++
Scripting language API (Python, Tcl, etc.) development using C/C++
Kubernetes and container-based deployment vehicles
Agentic AI development
The following will apply to all projects:
Follow the Agile software development methodology
Assist in maintaining and improving existing software solutions by analyzing, planning, and implementing fixes for reported problems
Leverage various tools and techniques to perform debugging and performance analysis of both existing and newly developed software solutions
Participate in team activities and discussions

Required

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited university
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
A minimum 3.0 GPA
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
A solid foundation in object-oriented programming (C++ is required, Python is a plus)
Passionate, driven, and proactive
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective organizational and time management skills
Desire to continuously improve and learn about new areas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
