The Facilities Project Coordinator will be responsible for operational efficiency, quality control, compliance, and the timely completion of initiatives—including office relocations, capital improvements, maintenance upgrades, and sustainability efforts—are central to this role
The Facilities Project Coordinator will serve as a liaison between internal departments, vendors, contractors, and key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a construction project coordinator or in office coordination, workplace operations, or facilities management
5+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office 365 suite
2+ years of experience with Bluebeam and PowerPoint drawing/markup tools
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing software
Major in Construction Management or Project Management
Solid understanding of facilities and construction processes
