Account Manager - Fibers Polymer
Americhem is seeking an Account Manager for their Fibers Business Unit. The Account Manager will support revenue growth by managing customer accounts and driving sales, while building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Engage customers via in person visits, phone, email, and virtual meetings to maintain active relationships
Develop 'high, wide and deep' relationships with customers
Meet commercial KPIs not limited to volume growth, pricing actions, on time payments
Build trust and rapport to drive long-term retention and satisfaction
Recommend solutions and product options based on customer needs and feedback
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads and campaigns
Support account activities, manage CRM data, and ensure timely responses to inquiries
Identify sales opportunities through day-to-day interactions
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service—preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment
Experience with CRM tools and managing a high volume of accounts
Up to 75% travel
Preferred
Experience in a Fibers polymer organization
