Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination of the 10-Q and 10-K process including the preparation and review of the report and support binder as well as the review of XBRL
Review the earnings release
Perform technical research and prepare memos on various accounting topics
Assist in the monthly close process including equity compensation entries
Review the annual accounts and corporate income tax returns for various holding companies
Coordinate requests with internal and external auditors
Help ensure adequacy of internal control procedures
Coordinate or assist in special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA Certification
Big 4 Experience required
4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, analytical and results-driven skills
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet time sensitive deadlines, multi-task as necessary and work with minimum supervision
Preferred
Working knowledge of SAP, RDG Thunderdome is a plus
