Marketing Coordinator
Texas State University is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Department of Housing & Residential Life’s recruitment and branding strategies. Responsibilities
Provide support for the Department of Housing & Residential Life’s recruitment and branding strategies
Design and implement marketing strategies in line with the university’s overall brand strategy
Highlight information and engagement throughout HRL
Supervise 4-5 student employees
Manage multiple marketing projects and maintain a marketing calendar with departmental events
Serve as a member of the Housing Administrative Services and report to the Assistant Director for Communications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in marketing or communications
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Experience supervising or managing staff
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
Proficiency in marketing software and tools
Preferred
Experience in higher education marketing
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
Knowledge of graphic design software
