Responsibilities
You will complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for leaders, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compiling documents for travel-related meetings; and scheduling and coordinating meetings internally and/or with vendors
Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the leader, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral or response
You will provide a bridge for smooth communication between the leader's office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
You will work closely and effectively with the leader(s) keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
Demonstrated skills and ability to operate general office equipment
Demonstrated experience in administrative work and general office administration
Keyboarding/typing ability of 25 WPM
Solid knowledge and experience of PC and product software
