Program Manager III, Demand and Supply Planning, Cloud Supply Chain

Responsibilities
Develop planning models for new product introduction (NPI) driving alignment across product categories and establishing optimized inventory strategies
Own supply and demand models that seek to minimize total costs while maintaining/improving service levels
Establish methods (e.g., statistical models, processes, and software tools) to evaluate the supply chain’s ability to meet customer demand and develop inventory buffer strategies that optimize cost and flexibility
Lead demand and supply planning meetings with cross-functional teams, reviewing supply, demand risks/mitigation options/service level goals
Partner with cross-functional teams to procure materials and ensure availability to fulfill customer needs while driving operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program or project management
Experience with supply or demand planning (e.g., demand forecasting, inventory management, resource allocation, etc.)
Experience developing planning models for new product introduction (NPI)
Preferred
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, and business insights, with excellent analytical skills
