Lead the development of multidisciplinary curricula that prioritize academic standards, social-emotional growth, high school readiness, and active community and parent collaboration that meet the needs of all students participating in the program
Accountability, Impact and Monitoring (AIM) activities are required
Delivery of instruction may occur outside of the traditional classroom setting

Must demonstrate active pursuit towards meeting Hawaii licensing requirements each year of employment
