Responsibilities
Accurately enter orders into the system
Perform order administration tasks
Assist with preparing packages for shipment
Coordinate with third-party vendors for order fulfillment
Support inventory checks and report any discrepancies
Maintain operational documents and records
Assist in demand planning under supervision
Ensure customer service standards are met
Respond to basic customer inquiries
Help with general administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in using order entry software
Ability to maintain accuracy in order processing
Basic understanding of customer service principles
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
Willingness to work collaboratively with team members
Understanding of inventory checks and reporting
Ability to maintain and organize operational documents
Ability to work in the Sacramento, CA office, Monday thru Friday
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
