Responsibilities
Design and engineer novel antibody therapeutics using structural biology insights and AI/ML tools
Generate, interpret, and apply structural data (e.g., cryo-EM) to support antibody engineering efforts
Evaluate engineered antibodies through protein expression, purification and in vitro characterization
Collaborate cross-functionally on mechanism of action studies to support novel antibody engineering efforts
Analyze complex datasets independently and present results at group, department, and senior leadership meetings
Maintain accurate electronic records; prepare documents for regulatory filings, patent applications, and scientific publications
Stay current with advances in AI-driven drug discovery, structural biology, and antibody engineering; proactively bring new ideas into the team
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular and Cellular Biology, Structural Biology, or a related field
0-5 years of relevant postdoctoral or industry experience
Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications
Strong proficiency in structural biology and protein biochemistry
Preferred
Knowledge of immunology and antibody engineering
Experience with high-resolution microscopy
