Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and responsibilities under the Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Diseases Acts
Draft necessary documents and prepare for and attend hearings before the IWCC and Courts
Manage timely communication with clients
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of prior experience in workers compensation or defense
Licensed to practice law in Illinois
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are an expert in Law
You are proficient in Workmen compensation, Verbal communication, Microsoft 365, IWCC Calls
English - Fully fluent
