Responsibilities

Review credit terms within counterparty agreements and provide clear, policy-aligned recommendations
Establish and maintain counterparty profiles, including credit limits and ongoing exposure monitoring
Issue and administer letters of credit and financial guarantees in line with internal guidelines
Evaluate and resolve complex credit matters using structured financial analysis
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to credit risk and counterparty exposure
Produce recurring credit and exposure reports across daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
Support process improvements and assist with onboarding or mentoring within the credit function

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline
Approximately six years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or credit analysis
Demonstrated experience supporting credit decisions in asset-intensive or regulated environments
Strong working knowledge of financial statements, ratio analysis, and risk assessment
Review credit terms within counterparty agreements and provide clear, policy-aligned recommendations
Establish and maintain counterparty profiles, including credit limits and ongoing exposure monitoring
Issue and administer letters of credit and financial guarantees in line with internal guidelines
Evaluate and resolve complex credit matters using structured financial analysis
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to credit risk and counterparty exposure

Preferred

Prior experience in the oil and energy sector, with exposure to gathering, storage, or pipeline operations
Hands-on familiarity with credit and financial intelligence tools such as Paragon, Experion, S&P IQ, and Moody's
Power BI experience is strongly preferred and will distinguish top candidates
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Confidence operating within defined governance frameworks while exercising professional judgment
Consistent focus on compliance, operational discipline, and safety-first practices
