Responsibilities

Coordinate, schedule, and prepare meetings, including but not limited to setting up conference calls, coordinating meeting times with leadership teams, and sending meeting invites and reminders. Follow up on action items, meeting notes, due dates, and responses
Maintain and organize mission director’s email and calendar as well as mission-specific email inboxes
Assist with creation, printing, and distribution of print and email communications to Nations Within field staff
Coordinate, manage, and track multiple projects as needed
Represent Nations Within to the public as well as Navigator staff and other Christian leaders through all communication means
Work with and coordinate joint tasks with the Field Support Center, other Mission Directors and field administrative staff as needed to fulfill Nations Within staff needs
Coordinate gatherings and events as requested, including but not limited to event planning tasks, lodging arrangements, reserving meeting space, obtaining necessary AV support, meal coordination and reservations, and meeting material preparation
Participate in Navigators’ on-site learning and development events, Cultural Development and Diversity trainings, or other non-Navigator developmental events as appropriate
Participate in annual processes, such as the organizational Plan and Progress Review (PPR), Engagement Survey, Reaffirmation of the Navigators Code of Conduct, Calling-Core Values-Vision, Statement of Faith, Driver’s Authorization, and other releases as required
Submit time worked on a weekly basis through the Workday Time Tracking system
Submit personal expense report as needed due the 15th of each month
Develop a relationship with and help support the Nations Within Mission Leadership Team in areas requested and anticipating opportunities to offer support when not specifically requested
Complete special projects and other job-related duties as assigned

Required

Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal & written, to create understanding and build strong working relationships required
HS Diploma or GED equivalent required

Preferred

Knowledge of Navigator missions, ministries, and networks preferred
2-3 years of experience as an administrative professional is preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency, ability to provide analysis, research, initiative, independent judgment through administrative support
Bachelor's or equivalent experience preferred
