Responsibilities

Support compliance with state insurance regulations, DOI filings, licensing, and renewals
Assist with audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance tracking
Draft, review, and manage contracts (agent agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs)
Maintain corporate records, governance documents, and compliance calendars
Coordinate with counsel on claims, complaints, and litigation matters
Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, HR, Operations, and Leadership

Required

Paralegal Certificate or Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred)
5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in life insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry
Strong knowledge of insurance compliance and regulatory requirements
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
