Skill & Ability to utilize computer systems to extract information requested by clients and university administrators

Skill & Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Outlook and Excel

Skill & Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and electronic messaging when collecting outstanding student accounts

Skill & Ability to deliver professional customer service in a wide range of interactions

Skill & Ability to handle large sums of money while accurately identifying discrepancies
