Lead the design and implementation of a Customer Master Data Management solution, ensuring it aligns with enterprise standards
Oversee platform setup, environment management, and lifecycle management of MDM tools
Manage daily MDM operations and ensure high standards of data quality and compliance
Collaborate with data governance and engineering teams to achieve operational excellence
Guide and mentor a technical team, ensuring seamless platform upgrades and integration
Qualification
Required
6-10 years of experience in Master Data Management, data engineering, or platform operations
Direct experience with Customer MDM solutions, notably Profisee or similar platforms
Proficiency in entity modeling, match/merge rules, and data publishing
Proven ability to effectively manage technical teams and their workloads
Preferred
Experience in regulated industries like financial services or healthcare
Familiarity with cloud-native data infrastructures such as Azure and Snowflake
Understanding of privacy principles in MDM contexts
Experience with Agile methodologies and product-focused data teams
