Responsibilities
Apply and uphold Focal Point’s brand standards across all visual assets
Help evolve the brand through thoughtful, consistent design execution
Ensure work feels cohesive, premium, and aligned across channels
Translate marketing and brand strategy into clear, compelling visuals
Design social media graphics, campaigns, and reusable templates
Support website visuals including layouts, graphics, video, icons, and downloadable assets
Create digital marketing assets for email, presentations, reports, and content series
Design print materials for conferences and events (signage, programs, badges, banners, collateral)
Support branded merchandise and swag (apparel, packaging concepts, giveaways)
Prepare files accurately for print production and vendor handoff
Create short-form video assets for social and digital channels
Support simple motion graphics, animated text, or branded video overlays
Collaborate on video concepts where design and storytelling intersect
Partner closely with marketing, content, and operations teams
Manage multiple projects with clarity, organization, and attention to detail
Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining brand integrity
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience as a graphic designer in an in-house, agency, or hybrid environment
Strong portfolio showing brand-led design across digital and print
Comfort working within established brand systems while elevating execution
Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual hierarchy
Ability to design for both corporate and community-driven audiences
Clean, modern design sensibility with a focus on clarity and impact
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Confident using Canva for shared templates and scalable design systems
Preferred
Familiarity with additional creative tools (e.g., Figma, video editing software)
Video editing or motion design experience
Experience supporting conferences, events, or experiential brand moments
Familiarity working alongside marketing and content teams
