Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership to ensure investment guidance enhances the client experience and supports the long‑term objectives of UHNW families
Collaborate closely with the Director of Family Wealth & Fiduciary Services to integrate market and alternative‑asset insights into trust administration, estate planning, and family‑governance discussions
Serve as a senior investment strategist in high‑stakes family meetings, governance sessions, and multigenerational education engagements
Support advisors in deepening UHNW client engagement by providing timely alternative‑asset perspectives and market‑based recommendations
Deliver regular training sessions to advisors, fiduciary officers, and relationship managers to enhance their ability to discuss alternative markets with UHNW clients
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
BA or BS
15 years of job related experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent management skills
Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment
MS Word - Intermediate Level
MS Excel - Intermediate Level
CFA, CMT Recommended
