Responsibilities
Engage with prospective SMB clients to understand their bookkeeping and accounting challenges
Present and demonstrate Uplinq's software solutions, highlighting technical features and integration capabilities
Collaborate with other members of the sales team to develop strategies that address client needs and close deals
Assist clients with the implementation and integration of Uplinq’s solutions into their existing systems
Conduct product training sessions for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of our software
Gather feedback from clients to contribute to product development and improvement
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive products, and advancements in bookkeeping and accounting technology
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the SMB sector
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, as well as related software tools (e.g., QuickBooks Online)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience
Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams and closing deals
Experience with SaaS products and software integration
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
