Answers the phone
Coordinates call ahead seating
Manages walk-ins using reservation software
Processes charges and/or meal credits using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry
