Responsibilities
Must Have: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong technical exposure
Experience supporting backend system workflows, enterprise applications, or mobile infrastructure
Ability to read/write basic SQL queries for data validation
Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, and system integration principles
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong communication skills, especially in translating business needs to technical teams
Nice to Have: Experience supporting mobile applications or field service platforms
Exposure to tools such as Postman, Swagger, or other API testing/documentation platforms
Familiarity with DevOps, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), or ETL/data transformation processes
Experience working in a large enterprise or field-based service environment
