Responsibilities
Define and manage the project plans (time and budget), and drive adherence to achieve time, cost and quality targets
Define, agree and integrate the plans with the team, taking into account both the scope of the overall project / Work package and the activities required to understand and then produce a solution to the requirements
Ensure project risks (technical, cost, supply chain and timescale) are identified, managed (including integration of risk activities in project plan), and escalation of risks in accordance with risk management plan
Ensure IPT work integrated with all relevant higher-level plans - including relevant Project Management Plan and Risk Management Plan
Managing and delivering the necessary compliance document, from requirements capture through to evidence of compliance appropriate software/tools
Planning and coordinating projects and programs including instrumentation and data analysis requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree with 5+years experience, or
Masters Degree with 3+years experience, or
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship
Preferred
Project/Function Management Experience
PMP Certification
Active Security Clearance
Experience leading or managing a team for execution of a programs
Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment; willingness to accept responsibility and take initiative; and drive to finish assigned tasks on schedule
An excellent command of the English language for both written and oral communications
Familiarity with external customer interface as well testing experience at a system level
