Responsibilities

Support Manufacturing Engineering in daily tasks including but not limited to: JIRA Issue creation, TPM Maintenance, Process Audits, Photo capture/video recording key processes for training & Competent Authority
Prepare charts, graphs, or diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, or machine utilization
Create and close out Run & Holds for production only process deviations, manufacturing procedures (MP’s & ATP’s) & liaison for approvals while managing Run and Hold spreadsheets
Update/Create Routers for Standard Processes and update MBOMs (Manufacturing Bill of Materials)
Process TOOL drawing changes in PDM (Product Data Manager)
Process released COs in CSI on drawing/document updates and WITI SP on MP/ATP/PJT/JT/STD updates
Create & Maintain process plans for MES program (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
Host the Operations Change Control Process running periodic meetings

Required

Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) access

Preferred

Jira knowledge a plus
SAP experience
Experience with Solumina
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (developing macros etc.)
