Start in 2026 SummerEarthjustice is the nation's leading environmental law organization, and they are seeking undergraduate students for their Public Affairs & Communications team. The intern will provide project-based support by drafting press materials, compiling media lists, and supporting communications campaigns focused on climate and energy issues.

Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of communications campaigns
Draft materials like press releases, media advisories, reporter pitches, op-eds, and more
Track news stories related to climate and energy issues and produce media reports on narrative trends, emerging risks, and opportunities
Proactively share insights and briefings on message testing, polling, research, and more
Collaborate across Earthjustice’s communications department, and work in partnership with coalitions and legal experts
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in a college/university program as a sophomore, junior, or senior during fall 2026
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and comfort navigating and learning new tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
