Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality Sigma dashboards and financial reports aligned with business and stakeholder requirements
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, accurate, and visually compelling insights
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and prepare data for reporting and analytics use cases
Perform data modeling and manage reporting-ready data structures within Snowflake
Partner with finance leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate metrics, and deliver actionable insights
Modernize and rationalize legacy financial reports, improving performance, usability, and scalability
Apply data visualization and BI and CI (Continuous Intelligence) best practices to ensure consistency, clarity, and self-service usability
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data accuracy, integrity, and performance issues across dashboards and reports
Document data definitions, business logic, and reporting standards to support transparency and governance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
3–4+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, preferably in financial reporting or FP&A environments
2–4+ years of hands-on experience developing in Sigma
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and analytical databases
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, data structures, and ETL/ELT processes
Proven ability to work with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions
Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and analytical rigor
Preferred
Experience supporting finance, accounting, or revenue-related analytics
Proficiency with Snowflake as a reporting or analytics database
Experience in the healthcare or healthcare services industry
Familiarity with financial metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards
Exposure to data governance, metric definitions, or analytics enablement initiatives
