Responsibilities
Support assigned applications, build relationships, and maintain deep understanding of business and products
Provide end-to-end support for supported products, identifying potential problems and creating contingency plans
Help to implement, deliver, and train on supported products while ensuring system delivery meets company needs
Create and maintain supporting documentation of product implementation, as well as test plans for patches and upgrades
Participate in projects related to the supported products
Qualification
Required
1-2 years experience in IT application support and/or product management
Bachelor's degree in IS, IT or equivalent technical related discipline
Working knowledge of relational databases and client/server technologies
Strong demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Able to work overtime and after-hours to meet deadlines, as needed
