Responsibilities

Design and execute RWE studies to support evidence generation for clinical trial design and planning, such as identifying the appropriate patient population, assessing the burden and distribution of disease and disease phenotyping
Execute and manage research projects involving literature reviews and the analysis of multiple types of data including medical claims, electronic health records and prospective observational cohort studies
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative analytic methods, capabilities and tools to enable rapid, scalable and reproducible RWE
Communicate significant scientific information to a variety of audiences

Required

Doctorate degree or
Master's degree and 3 years of related research and scientific experience or
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related research and scientific experience or
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related research and scientific experience or
High School diploma / GED and 12 years of related research and scientific experience

Preferred

Doctorate in Epidemiology or other subject with high observational research content
Experience in the design, execution and analysis of observation research studies within Pharmaceutical and/or Public Health settings
Experience in research to support drug development
Experience working with secondary data systems including administrative claims, EMR and registries
Experience in observational research project planning and management
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Proven experience working with and leading multi-disciplinary teams
