Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models for M&A, capital raises, and investment analysis
Support transaction execution from initial analysis through closing
Prepare client- and investor-facing materials, including presentations and memoranda
Conduct industry research, company analysis, and due diligence
Work closely with senior team members on live mandates and strategic initiatives
Contribute to firm development, process improvement, and special projects
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication abilities
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, and sound judgment
Outstanding personal and professional references
