The Intern will support various projects in finance, accounting, human resources, and information systems while gaining networking opportunities with CHRISTUS leaders and Associates.

Responsibilities
Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders
Administrative Support – Assist Ministry and Support Services staff in providing support to healthcare stakeholders, converting business needs into business requirements document
Business Analytics & Reporting – Collect and analyze healthcare data to assist in improving system efficiency and patient care outcomes
Project assistance – work on projects such as software migrations, data integrations, and system optimizations
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of college preparation towards major
Currently enrolled in a College degree program in one of the following degree program; Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration (with a focus on IT or healthcare management)
PC and Microsoft Office Skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with others
Quick learner with attention to detail, high degree of confidentiality and solid organizational skills
Needs to be resourceful, innovative and persuasive with ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
