Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
Post job openings and help optimize job descriptions
Support employer branding initiatives across platforms
Collaborate with the HR and recruitment team to improve hiring processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or in progress)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR best practices
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team environment
A positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
