Responsibilities

Manage the Tier 2 LNP queue by performing in-depth analysis on complex porting failures, such as mismatched Customer Service Record (CSR) data, OSP locks, or synchronization errors

Work directly with internal Verizon Network, IT, and Provisioning teams, as well as Old Service Providers (OSPs), to negotiate and resolve inter-carrier disputes

Monitor and manage the ticketing system to ensure all escalations are resolved within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Ensure all porting activities adhere to industry-standard timelines and FCC guidelines for local number portability

Ensure hiring, training, and performance management are effectively executed to grow skills in accordance with strategic needs

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience

Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
