Responsibilities
Provide customer service to residents, tenants, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services when needed and notifying site management per post orders
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building common areas, amenities, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns
Control access to the property by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials when required, directing visitors, and assisting with deliveries and vendor check-in per site policy
Complete routine reports and patrol documentation, communicate observations and incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts, and assist with investigations as directed
Qualification
Required
Be at least 21 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
