Responsibilities

Empower PM Decision-Making: You will use reporting tools (such as Sigma) to build intuitive dashboards that give PMs a clear view of how features are being used. Your goal is to ensure no roadmap decision is made in the dark
Inform Feature Prioritization: By analyzing user journeys and friction points, you’ll help the PM understand which improvements are urgent and which can wait. You provide the 'why' behind the 'what.'
Provide Competitive Context: You’ll keep a pulse on the market, performing competitive analysis to help the PM understand where we have an edge and where we’re falling behind
Bridge the Gap in Problem-Solving: When issues or bugs arise, you’ll dive into the data to assess the impact. This allows the PM to quickly decide whether to pivot resources toward a fix or stay the course on new builds
Validate Hypotheses: You’ll provide the baseline data and post-launch analysis in support of the Product and Project Managers to confirm if the change actually moved the needle
Enable Transparency: You’ll support the Project Managers by keeping dashboards up to date on Portfolio metrics so the company has visibility into progress on projects and initiatives
