Facilities Coordinator
HRCU - Holy Rosary Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for a part-time role. The coordinator will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the credit union facilities, ensuring a professional appearance and good working order.

Responsibilities
Responsible for cleaning the credit union facilities to ensure a professional appearance in good working order
Responsible for upkeep, supplies, stocking, and reporting maintenance items
Seasonal duties include shoveling and salting sidewalks, sweeping parking lot, and washing windows, siding, and sidewalks
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license to be maintained at all times. No lapse in the ability to operate a motor vehicle
Must be able to be bonded with an extensive background check
Technology skills required: Experience using and communicating electronically via email and instant messenger
Education: high school education or GED
Experience: Prior custodian skills required
Physical requirements: Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, laying horizontally, climbing, walking, etc., as job may require
Lifting to 75 lbs. occasionally
Must be able to climb a ladder
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to use common tools, cleaning equipment, and products
Normal courtesy in dealing with others is required
