Responsibilities
Deliver advanced, mission-specific training sessions to government users, especially at CBP and IRS
Provide direct investigative support, leveraging Sayari's data to solve complex cases and uncover illicit commercial activity
Partner with customer teams to ensure Sayari's deployment is delivering maximum value to their specific mission sets
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on global corporate structures and financial crime typologies
Spot and nurture upsell opportunities within their accounts to further grow the business
Qualification
Required
Proven background in conducting training and complex investigative analysis
Immediate proficiency with the Sayari product suite
Exceptional communication skills
The 'Decisive Agility' to pivot during live client sessions
Preferred
Foreign language proficiency (Chinese, Russian, or Arabic)
