Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and recruiting coordinators to deliver consistent hiring results
Own recruiting delivery across assigned regions, functions, or portfolios, ensuring roles are filled with the right talent at the right time
Translate workforce plans, project demand, and hiring forecasts into executable recruiting plans
Manage recruiter capacity, workload distribution, and prioritization to meet business-critical deadlines
Drive accountability for speed, quality, and candidate experience using data and performance metrics
Ensure consistent recruiting processes, interview practices, and hiring manager engagement
Partner closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and TA leadership to proactively address hiring risks and talent gaps
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, tools, and workflows as the organization scales

Required

8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations
3+ years of experience leading recruiters or recruiting teams
Proven success delivering hiring outcomes in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong operational mindset with the ability to turn plans into results
Experience managing competing priorities, high-volume demand, and complex roles
Confidence partnering with business and HR leaders to influence outcomes

Preferred

Experience in construction, engineering, or professional services is a plus
