Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and support a team of licensed technicians. Set performance standards, enforce safety protocols, and foster a culture of accountability and professionalism
Coordinate daily workflow, oversee installations and repairs, and ensure compliance with all codes and safety regulations. Work closely with dispatch and office staff to maximize team efficiency
Identify areas for increased sales and profitability within operations. Monitor KPIs, manage team productivity, and ensure service targets are met or exceeded
Provide hands-on support in the field when needed. Serve as a technical resource for the team and ensure all work meets our quality standards
Ensure customers receive high-quality, timely, and respectful service. Proactively address concerns and lead the team in delivering a top-tier customer experience
Recruit, train, and mentor staff. Build a positive team culture focused on growth, skill development, and retention
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in residential trades
Strong technical knowledge and ability to support field teams
Familiarity with local HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical codes and permit processes
Results-driven with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Master trade license preferred (or working toward one)
