Ecommerce Manager

The role involves owning and optimizing the brand's online store, managing daily site operations, leading product launches, and making data-backed decisions on inventory and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

Ensure PDPs are optimized (imagery, copy, size guides, reviews, UGC)
Improve product discovery through collections, filters, and navigation
Align on-site storytelling with brand tone and drop themes
Own daily website performance, accuracy, and on-brand presentation
Manage product launches end-to-end (uploads, descriptions, tagging, assets, inventory syncing, QA)
Upload lookbook photos and link all associated products

Ensure collections, product pages, and navigation are optimized and up to date
Partner with design to ensure site reflects current drops and brand moments
Ensure site compliance (tax, shipping rules, returns, privacy policies)
Monitor key e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate)
Implement improvements through testing, UX optimization, and merchandising strategies
Optimize checkout experience, on-site promotions, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Communicate performance updates and post-launch recaps
Run QA before and after launches (pricing, inventory, checkout, mobile)
Monitor site speed, bugs, broken links, and errors
Ensure launches go live cleanly and on time
Review and approve purchase orders based on sales data and demand forecasting
Analyze sell-through and historical performance to recommend buy quantities
Proactively suggest restocks and inventory actions to maximize revenue while minimizing risk
Collaborate with planning, operations, and leadership to align inventory with launch timelines
Plan weekly inventory for the store
Analyze promo performance (discount depth, timing, margin impact)
Plan monthly what goes on sale, when, and for how long
Generate and analyze e-commerce and inventory reports to guide purchasing, forecasting, and site strategy
Provide launch-level data and analytics, including color sales, size sales, product type sales, product shelf life, and year-over-year sales comparisons
Translate data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams
Maintain dashboards to track performance, trends, and growth opportunities

Required

3–5 years of e-commerce or DTC experience (Shopify / Shopify Plus preferred)
Strong analytical skills with hands-on reporting and data analysis experience
Confident making data-backed decisions around inventory, POs, and restocks
Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
Thrives in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment
