Responsibilities
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities for a manufacturing location
Operate the dispatch post by monitoring phones, radios, alarms, and/or camera systems; receive calls for service and coordinate appropriate responses in line with post orders
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gather key details, and communicate updates to on-site personnel and/or leadership
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, key control records, and/or access activity documentation as required by site procedures
Support perimeter and facility operations by coordinating patrol check-ins, tracking officer status, and/or reporting maintenance or hazard observations to the appropriate contacts
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
