Lydia Writes Good is an award-winning, independent micro ad agency and brand studio passionate about helping brands tell their stories through design and copy. They are seeking a Graphic Designer to create digital and print assets, collaborate with team members, and maintain brand consistency for various clients.

Responsibilities

Design digital and print assets, including social graphics, presentations, ads, and marketing collateral
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and project managers to develop concepts that meet client or brand goals
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
Production, resizing, and getting files prepped for print
Assist with print and digital layout, web design, and basic motion graphics when needed
Take feedback openly and iterate quickly to improve designs

Required

1-3 years of experience working professionally as a creative. (Internships count!)
A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, conceptual thinking skills, typography, layout, and attention to detail
Willingness to come into the office regularly
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Good communication skills, a baseline knowledge of all things production, and a willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a positive attitude
A self-sufficient approach to work. You can run your own schedule, handle deadlines, and solve creative problems without handholding

Preferred

Agency experience. (Not required but preferred!)
Bonus points for After Effects, Canva, dev experience, and digital illustration skills
