Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle of recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures consistent with company standards and legal requirements
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR matters
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
Coordinate employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Lead initiatives for employee training, development, and performance management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required if accompanied by relevant experience and demonstrated competence in HR management
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is advantageous
