Senior Sales Operations Analyst

They are seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Sales Performance Management CoE team, responsible for analytical and reporting needs, forecasting, and compensation strategy execution.

Responsibilities
Participate in Sales compensation strategy and planning
Execute month end, quarter end and year end commissions, bonuses, and awards to the field sales organization
Track and report on Key Performance Indicators related to specific business function
Utilize available reporting tools and technology to deliver intuitive analyses to the field
Lead process improvement initiatives for SPM CoE Team
Develop and maintain various reports from quarterly analytics to new tableau dashboards, often utilizing multiple data sources to produce strategically relevant information
Build and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting tools that clearly communicate insights, trends, and risks to stakeholders
Define, track, and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure sales effectiveness, productivity, and operational efficiency
Partner on cross functional strategic projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 4 years of experience in Sales or Financial Analyst role
Proven analytical and problem-solving experience
Strong back-office application skills, including expert level Excel, MS Access
Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
Knowledge in Anaplan platform is a plus
Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills and above average writing and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
Organization skills and the ability to handle work of a highly confidential nature
Desire to work in a high paced collaborative, teamwork-oriented environment
Ability to travel up to 10%
