Supervisor, Customer Service
Syncreon, part of DP World, delivers tailored solutions in logistics and supply chain management for global companies. They are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team in managing customer queries and performance reports within 3PL operations for a telecom client.

Responsibilities
Lead the customer services team which handle customer queries, escalations & a large volume of day to day reports through the life cycle of customer orders
Build a close working relationship with the Key Account control tower staff staffing through understanding their day to day business requirements and servicing accordingly
Ensure a large number of customer & carrier performance reports are completed weekly/monthly and submitted on time and with accurate content
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in a logistics environment
Proven track record independently managing day to day customer operations and leading a team of logistics coordinators
Experience working successfully and on your initiative with key account management staff and be experienced in handling complaints and managing difficult situations in a patient, calm and effective way
Good computer and reporting skills, an awareness of financial management and principles
Experience in lean/5S or Continuous Improvement
Preferred
The ability to Speak Korean will be a plus
