FASTSIGNS of Glen Carbon is a rapidly growing center specializing in signage, graphics, and visual communication. The Graphic Designer will create appealing visual content, collaborate with clients, and ensure the production process is seamless while aligning with brand standards.

Printing

Responsibilities

Create computer-generated full-color graphics and/or vinyl output that can be printed and mounted to a substrate or weeded, cut and applied
Complete or modify designs from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media
Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to output. Ensure correct material is used for each job and output device settings are accurate
Maintain customer logo library; convert graphic files
Collaborate with sales team

Required

Ability to prioritize jobs, multi-task, and work autonomously
Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually compelling designs
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members
Time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality

Preferred

Previous experience in signage or similar industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
