Estate Manager
Responsibilities
Oversee all vendor relationships from start to finish
Research, prospect, and vet new vendors and service providers
Lead the bid and proposal procurement process
Manage scheduling, coordination, and access for vendors
Coordinating with culinary and service teams for smooth execution
Ensuring the home is always guest‑ready and aligned with service standards
Work seamlessly with internal household departments to ensure daily operations flow smoothly: Housekeeping, IT/ AV, Landscaping, Security, and Culinary
Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining a comprehensive house manual
Oversight of household inventory, supplies, and ordering
Conduct daily property walkthroughs and identify any areas needing attention
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in private service: Estate Manager, Assistant Estate Manager, House Manager, or similar
Proven experience managing vendors and projects
Highly discreet, professional, and trustworthy
Comfortable in a household with shifting priorities
Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
Experience with various applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Lutron, Monday.com, Trello, Sonos, Hydrawise, etc
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Open scheduling availability for a Monday-Friday schedule, with the flexibility for an eventual weekends
