Review/update documents & web content for ADA WCAG 2.1 AA compliance
Establish documentation best practices; train staff
Work with Bureau Services Manager, web team, DART, forms analyst
Produce technical content (manuals, reports, training materials)
Maintain documentation libraries/templates and ensure consistency
Provide clear written/verbal communication
Qualification
Required
Technical Writing – 4+ years
Mentoring teams on documentation standards – 1+ year
Reviewing docs vs. standards & gap analysis – 2+ years
ADA WCAG2.1AA compliance focus – 1+ year
ADA tools (MS/Adobe accessibility checkers) – 1+ year
Review/update documents & web content for ADA WCAG 2.1 AA compliance
Establish documentation best practices; train staff
Work with Bureau Services Manager, web team, DART, forms analyst
Produce technical content (manuals, reports, training materials)
Maintain documentation libraries/templates and ensure consistency
