Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of seven billing professionals to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices
Oversee global billing operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with outsourced teams to streamline billing processes and improve operational efficiency
Utilize Salesforce and PeopleSoft to manage billing systems and ensure seamless integration of data
Monitor accounts receivable processes to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding balances
Develop and implement strategies to enhance monthly billing cycles and reporting accuracy
Analyze billing data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related fields
Proficiency in using Salesforce and Oracle PeopleSoft for billing and data management
Demonstrated experience managing outsourced teams and business process outsourcing
Strong knowledge of global billing practices and compliance standards
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team effectively
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
