Responsibilities
Build and manage end to end a qualified pipeline of brand partnerships that align with Function’s business goals and brand values
Lead negotiations and deal structuring, ensuring all contracts are mutually beneficial and strategically sound
Drive execution across teams, including marketing, growth, product, and legal, bringing partnerships from idea to execution
Create frameworks to evaluate growth impact, brand advantages, measure success, and optimize impact
Leverage market research, audience insights, and performance metrics to build strategy, fuel decision making, refine our current approach, and measure performance of all partnerships
Act as an advisor and external face of Function in key partner conversations
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or strategic account management
Proven ability to source, close, and scale multi-faceted partnerships in fast-moving environments
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and visual, with experience interfacing with senior stakeholders
Experience working with contract and legal teams to complete agreements
Strong analytical and commercial instincts: you know how to evaluate opportunities and make smart, fast decisions
Experience working not only on brand-focused partnerships but also on ones that drive customer acquisition at scale
Understand relevant health and wellness industry trends through continued research, specifically with an eye on content development and media-worthy partnerships
Preferred
High growth-stage and or beloved consumer brand experience strongly preferred
