Responsibilities
Execute video shoots across diverse projects, working closely with our Lead Videographer to bring creative concepts to life
Operate professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear to capture high-quality footage
Collaborate with creative team members to understand project goals and visual requirements
Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring everything is ready for the next shoot
Support pre-production activities like location scouting and equipment planning
Work professionally with clients on set while focusing on capturing great content
Stay organized with file management and handoffs to our editing team
Contribute creative ideas during planning sessions and on-set problem solving
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of professional videography experience in agency, production, or client-side marketing environments
Strong technical skills with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
Portfolio demonstrating versatility across different video styles and formats
Experience working as part of a production team rather than solo operation
Solid understanding of visual storytelling principles and composition
Reliable and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for shoots
Preferred
